Information technology infrastructure in digital transformation at Banking Academy of Vietnam

Abstract

The Covid -19 pandemic broke out and caused negative impacts on all aspects of socio-economic
life, but it is also a factor that promotes the process of digital transformation of education to happen
faster. During the period of quarantine due to the epidemic, educational institutions have actively applied
information technology in teaching, learning and evaluation to complete the school year plan. Reality has
proven that one of the most important foundations of digital transformation in education is ensuring the
conditions for digital infrastructure to apply information technology. By summarizing data and observing
trends, the article evaluates the current situations of digital infrastructure, information system security and
software systems serving digital transformation at the Banking Academy of Vietnam (BAV). From that, the
authors point out shortcomings, difficulties and infrastructure challenges for the digital transformation
process at BAV in the current period
