Survey on working motivation of employees at the State Bank of Vietnam and recommendations on remuneration

Abstract
In the context of Vietnam’s socio-economic development, actively participating in the industrial revolution 4.0, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) is constantly striving to realize its mission and development strategy. Human resource development is becoming increasingly important at the SBV, and needs to be improved. The assessment systemt of performance evaluation, working motivation assessment and relevent remuneration policy will be the main basis for the SBV’s human resource development plan in the coming years.
