Abstract

Securities market plays an important role in an economy, it gives the effective ways to mobilize investment capital for governments and enterprises, transparency investment environment as well as reflecting the health of the economy and business. After 17 years of operation, Vietnam securities market has shown the significant development and its own roles. In particular, in the context of economics worldwide has many convenient development conditions in 2017, Vietnam securities market has seen remarkable growth and considered a memorable year for Vietnam stock market.
