Quantitative research on factors affecting the learning attitudes of students at Banking Academy- Bac Ninh Campus

Abstract

The research team evaluates the factors affecting the learning attitude of students at Banking Academy, Bac Ninh Campus in terms of perception, emotion, and behavior with independent variables in the model includes the variables of educational stress, lecturers and teaching methods, curriculum
content of subjects, facilities, training management, student work, movement activities. The authors used the method of collecting information by online questionnaire in November 2021 to students studying at Banking Academy - Bac Ninh Campus, and collected 392 valid. The research results show that the factors affecting the learning attitude of students at Banking Academy, Bac Ninh Campus include factors on lecturers, teaching methods, training management, students and facilities, in which factors of lecturers and teaching methods have a great influence on students’ learning attitude
