Completing Regulations of joint liability of e-marketplace for Vietnam
Abstract
The fact that individuals and organizations doing business on e-marketplaces cause damage to customers is no longer a rare case. In recent years, solving the disputes in identifying the liability of
e-marketplaces in the world has encountered many difficulties due to the lack of legal regulations, while e-commerce is a new and rapidly developing field. From the synthesis of related studies on the liabilities of e-marketplaces, analysis, and comparison of the positive laws on the related liability of e-marketplaces in some countries in the world such as the United States, China, EU, South Korea and Vietnam, the article addresses a few opinions with the implication of perfecting regulations on the joint liability of e-marketplaces in Vietnam.
