Protection works of lake, river and coastal banks using the new technology in Vietnam

Abstract

    At the moment, the traditional design method for bank protection works such as river bank, lake bank and coastal line is followed the rule of that the mass is being greater than the impact force in stability. Applying the 2016 Ho Chi Minh Award [1], Vietnam Science & Technology Joint Stock CompanyBUSADCO has continued to develop many new product solutions and has applied in shore protection in many provinces in Vietnam. The new solution has many outstanding advantages such as High bearing strength; Resistance to cavitation and corrosion; Prefabricated products with proactive quality control; Diversify structural products; Construction conditions without water drain of foundation pit and
dredged mud; Attractive designs, friend environment; Costs are reduced by 20% to 40% compared to traditional solutions. New technology made by Busadco has been forming effective new research applications, in line with the requirements of development and response to climate change
