Using of mineral additives of granulated blast furnace slag and rice husk ash combined with superplasticizer to design the self compacted concrete applications in irrigation works

Abstract

    Using the Rice Husk Ash, Granulated Blast Furnace Slag, and Superplasticizer to design the self
compacted concrete component with good workability, high compressive strength, suitable for the
irrigation constructions. When replacing the binder with 15% Rice Husk Ash and 30% Granulated Blast
Furnace Slag, combined using of reasonable superplasticizer, the self compacted concrete will be
manufactured with compressive strength from 30 to 60MPa. The designed self compacted concrete to
meet the technical requirements for irrigation constructions
