Abstract

   This paper presents experimental studies the influence of drying material size (the magnitude of the particle) to air-gas flow on Co-rotary dryer and pneumatic dryer. The research results at the conditions remain dry technology mode only changes the characteristics of the material drying through different size for drying materials. The size of the dried material is investigated with the values 0,63mm; 1,0mm; 1,6mm; 2,5mm and 4,0mm via the drying temperature regime 439oC, drying velocity 8,5m/s; material moisture 40,35% to find out the relationship between them depends. From the results of this relationship as a scientific basis for determining the length of the dryer required corresponding to each case the value of the size of raw materials drying, useful in designing systems suitable drying and Achieve economic efficiency.
