Abstract

    Project management for engineering is the synchronous implementation of the functions of planning,monitoring, checking the implementation process and collecting the results from the input factors, thetype of works, the resources used and the ability to finance of construction enterprises, in addition to theprocess of analyzing and influencing works, functions and tasks of the project and planning methods ofreasonable management and high efficiency of technical managers. Through analyzing the status andproduction and business plan of Quang Tri IMC Company to clarify in the companies exploitingirrigation works and solutions to strengthen the management of the item management, operation andexploitation of irrigation works.
