Business plan of irrigation management company in new role as the irrigation law into force

Abstract

    A good business plan will contribute to the success of a company. Due to the existing economic mechanism of subsidized economy in irrigation area, the business plan of IMC is only a financial statement on the legal basis and annually approved by PPC. When the Irrigation Law of 2017 put into effective, there are a lot of changes in the irrigation sector. The business plan will be more on business and practical; it is the relevant tool, mission statement and orientation for all the productive and business activities of company. In this paper the existing situation of the business plan is analysed and the scenarios afer enforcing the Irrigation Law of 2017 are presented.
