Abstract
The article builds a process of teaching the concept of equations and inequalities from an operational point of view to develop the ability to learn Mathematics for high school students in Lao PDR. On the basis of inheriting and applying Vietnamese theories, this article has proposed the process, core activities, and component activities in teaching Mathematics concepts in high schools of the Lao People's Democratic Republic. The article presents an illustrative example of teaching equations according to the Math program of Lao PDR
