Van động mạch chủ (ĐMC) không khâu là một loại van ĐMC sinh học được phát triển giống như nguyên lý thay van ĐMC qua da nhưng sử dụng cho phẫu thuật, nhằm rút ngắn thời gian cặp ĐMC và chạy máy tuần hoàn ngoài (THNCT) cơ thể, đồng thời tối ưu hóa huyết động sau mổ. Van ĐMC không khâu đã được ứng dụng và triển khai tại một số nước trên thế giới, tuy nhiên tại Việt Nam kĩ thuật này vẫn chưa được triển khai một cách thường quy. Chúng tôi báo cáo ca lâm sàng đầu tiên thay van ĐMC không khâu Perceval (Corcym, Italy), được thực hiện thành công tại Bệnh viện Bạch Mai, nhằm mô tả chi tiết các bước và bàn luận về các yếu tố quan trọng trong triển khai kĩ thuật.Lượt tải
