Procedures "in place for re-export" machinery

Abstract

From day 10/04/2013, the temporary import of machinery in the form of renting, now need to transfer to other firms in the country according to the lender's request, the parties will implement the following procedures

DN transfer (DN1): registration re-export declaration at the customs office where the temporary import (HQ1) but unrealized liquidity (not yet completed the procedures for re-export).

DN received (DN2): registration of temporary import declaration at the customs office where the manager DN2 (HQ2), the dossiers must be the renting contract, including terms foreign partners deliver the goods to DN2 in Vietnam.
