Increased duration of first preferences now

Abstract

Dated 24.09.2013, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 133/2013 / TT-BTC amending the term of priority entitlement customs and some form of Circular 86/2013 / TT-BTC . Accordingly, the time limit is now entitled to first priority in customs increased from 24 months to 36 months from the date of the General Director of Customs Department signed a decision to apply for priority processing enterprises (increase 12 months compared to current regulations).
