Negotiations 4rd about Free Trade Agreement Vietnam - EU (EVFTA) took place from 01 until 05/7/2013 in Brussels, Belgium. At this time negotiations, the two sides discussed promotion in all areas and achieve positive progress on the basis of balancing the interests of both the EU and Vietnam.
