A structure of Softswitch developed in Center for Development of Infor-mationTechnology (CDIT), Post and Telecommunication Institude of Technology (named as Softswitch-CDIT) is reported in this paper. The paper arranged as follows. After a brielf instroduction with respect to the state-of-art of Softswitch structure in the first paragraph, the second paragraph is for describing the developed softswitch. The first part of the later paragraph, major requirements for Softswitch-CDIT arebriefly mentioned, and on the basis of those, different proposed criteria for structure of Softswitch-CDIT is described in the second part. The third part of this paragraph is for describing the proposed structure of Softswitch-CDIT. Different results and further related matters with respect to Softswitch-CDIT are disscussed in the third paragraph of the paper [24] cited references are also mentioned
