Abstract

Five specific primer pairs and computer soft ware Labworks 4.0 were used to detect of Human malaria parasites in blood samples by the used nested polymerase chain reaction. The second PCR using of the first PCR product as template with second primer pair: FAll, F AL2;VIVI, VIV2; MAL1 ,MAL2, OVAl, OVA2.In 30 blood samples collected from patients of the Phu Rieng Caoutchouc Ltd. of PhuocLong, Binh Phuoc were determined 4 species of malaria parasites: Plasmodium falciparum, Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium malariae and Plasmodium ovale in patients. Plasmodium Falciparum is high frequency infected (63,27%), and Plasmodium vivax low frequency infected (3.33%). Coordination infected of malaria parasites of2 species is 6.66% - 13.32%, of 3 speciesis 9.99% and coordination infected of 4 species is 3.3%.
