INVESTIGATION OF POLLUTION SITUATION FOR THE SOLIDE WASTES IN GARMENT INDUSTRY AND APPLYING CLEANER PRODUCTION TO REDUCE PIECES FABRICS WASTE

Abstract

Garment  Industry  is  more  and  more  developing  and  play  an  important  role  in  economic development   of  Vietnam.   However,  this  progress   of  garment   industry   also  causes   a  large quantity  of  wastes  into  environment  such  as  pieces  of  fabric,  plastics,  papers,  etc.  Pieces  of fabric  waste,  acounted  a  largest  proportion  in  total  waste,  was  normally  used  as  a clouts  to clean machines  and  then  discharged  to  environment  without  be  classified  and  treated  ...  In  this  study, we  thus  focus  on  the  assessment  pollution  environment  of  the  solid  waste  and  applying  cleaner production  to  reduce  pieces  of  fabric  waste. The  objective  of this  method  is to optimize  a process
for  decreasing  of  sewing  time  and  improve  an  organization  of  designing  and  maker  making garment  products.
