Kynetic study of polymerization of acrylamide using amonium persulfat as initiator
Abstract
The kenitic of polymerization of acrylamide in aqueous solutions using ammonium persulfate as initiator was studied by the free radical solution polymerization technique. Effect of reaction temperature, reaction time and initiator concentration on the conversion degree and average molecular weight were studied in detail by experimental optimization method and MODDE 5.0 software. The result showed that reaction temperature at 71 degree c for 95 minutes; initiator conceotraiio D of 1,58.103M were optimum conditions of polymerization of acrylamide.
