REGENERATION OF POLIANILINE AGRICULTUE MATERIAL FOR USING IN LEAD (II) TREATMENT IN SOLUTION MEDIUM

Abstract

This paper reports research results on regeneration of some PANi-agriculture waste such as PANi-peanut shell and PANi- rice husk for using in removal of lead (II) from solution. The adsorption process of lead (II)  onto regenerated materials was favourable and  fitted also into both Langmuir  and Freundlich adsorption isotherm models. It was found that maximum adsorption capacities of regenerated PANi-PS composites were half as much again as that of them in unused state
