Master plans for industrial parks in Vietnam

Abstract

The development of industrial parks in service of industrialization and mordenization is a major policy of the Party and States. Vietnam has so far built 154 industrial parks nationwide, which have lured around 2,6000 projects worth $25.3 billion and played an important role in generating the industrial outputs, exports revenues, and the state budget reveneus.

However besides the successes some outstanding problems still remain includinga sustainable development that neeed to be tackled.

The article presents the status of industrial parks and their impact on the sustainable development as well as solutions to the problems. Its contents include
