  • Nguyễn Thị Tường Anh

Abstract

Based on the data of the annual enterprise census from 2000 to 2012, unstructured tabular data, using the logit model, makes probability of Vietnamese enterprises fall into "real" In terms of the number of employees, assets, debt ratio, revenue growth and type of business. The results show that the status of Vietnamese enterprises now falling into this category is very difficult to recover because they are difficult to sell or reduce. In addition, the study results also show that FDL companies in Vietnam are using price-cutting tools to report negative returns in both short and long term.
