Abstract

Banking restructuring is one of the focus of the economic restructuring program under the guideline of the Party and Government to enhance the competitiveness of the banking system in the face of increasing competitive pressure. In the course of international integration, the implementation of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) with Europe, the United States and the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). To restructure the banking system effectively, besides the focus on debt settlement; Some priorities need to be thoroughly pursued, such as restructuring equity, improving governance, solving liquidity problems, improving confidence in the banking system and especially restructuring.
