Abstract

Population accumulation is the process of gathering population into a geo-economic area. In the context of declining fertility, the accumulation of population in Vietnam is a migration process. South East Vietnam is a region with rapid industrialization and urbanization. How has the population gathered here and now? On the dynamics of migration, what are the factors that attract, what are the factors driving the flow of migration? This article will answer these questions.
