Economic basis of the relationship between willingness to pay, willingness to adopt to improve the environment and ownership

Abstract

Economic development in Vietnam by developing countries can be a trade off between economic growth and the preservation of natural resources and environmental pollution. It is a necessary requirement for policymakers and policy implementers in economic development to obtain harmonious development policies between the economy and the protection of resources and the environment. The analysis distinguishes willingness to accept and willingness to pay for addressing environmental pollution related to waste ownership and policy recommendations.
