Access to and adaptation to new free thinking: the case of Vietnam

Abstract

The new liberal ideology has been adopted by many countries to develop policy packages that impose aid recipients on development. Vietnam has been receiving funding and development funding from these international organizations. So how does Vietnam learn and adapt to new ideas of freedom in Vietnamese book formulation? The answer is somewhat expressed in this comedy.
