Some 15-year business development issues (2000 - 2014) and the 2011-2014 period

Abstract

The world economy and Vietnam have experienced a slowdown in growth compared to previous periods. It has been quite pessimistic that it is due to the situation many businesses have to dissolve, stop operating, have to leave the market. To address this issue, the paper analyzes the impact of economic reform on business and the economy, and also highlights some of the differences in the 1997 crisis response policy, the 2008 crisis, and A number of issues continue to accelerate the next phase of reform.
