Transform economic growth model to green growth

Abstract

Green growth is a new development model pursued by many countries around the world not only reducing greenhouse gas emissions, mitigating negative impacts of climate change, but also improving the quality of growth and change. The structure of production and consumption towards sustainability and improvement of human life. In September 2012, the Government of Vietnam approved the National Green Growth Strategy, which stated that "Green growth is an important component of sustainable development, ensuring rapid economic growth and efficiency. Effectively, sustainably and significantly contributes to the implementation of the National Strategy for Climate Change. This article clarifies the tendency to transform the economy into a green growth model.
