Abstract

Since the new change reform, Vietnam has made important changes in many aspects of socio-economic life. Along with the overall growth of the economy, the types of markets (commodities, land, finance, labor, etc.) have also been gradually established and developed. An overview of policy and institutional arrangements related to the Vietnamese labor market since 1986. In this period, the labor market has changed and evolved considerably. Corresponding to each specific period, the State and Government have promptly set up appropriate institutions, policies and laws to harmonize the harmonious relations in this market.
