Actual status of economic human resources for sport

Abstract

The industrialization and modernization of the country poses an urgent need for improving the quality and quantity of human resources. In fact, the solutions for human resource development in each country may have different points. However, the most basic issue that almost all countries pay special attention to in the human resource development policy is education, training and economic development. This article deals with the current state of human resources in the economy, physical training and sports as the basis for developing solutions for the development of the economy of physical training and sports in Vietnam during the period of international integration.
