Abstract

The New Libertarian Commentary on State and Market Correlations. In the process of operation, both state and market forces show some of their own failures. Limiting the failures of this force requires the impact of the other force. New liberty proves that the state and the market are two parallel forces, mutually reciprocating for development purposes. In the world, the use of this thesis has been very successful in practice for decades. That may be the practical suggestions for Vietnam in the development of market economy.
