The challenge for the process of industrialization in the context of globalization: theory and apply for Vietnam

Abstract

Application method comparative analysis, the article has clarified the approach and the new arguments of both theories, cognitive outstanding modern industrialization: middle income trap (middle-income trap) and de-industrialization immature (immature de- industriaLitation). Both theories have emphasized the role of growth factors, new and continuously improve manufacturing productivity to the success of industrialization under international competitive pressures increase, thereby switching to water group high income. These criteria drawn from the theory of modern industrialization are used to measure the degree of industrialization of Vietnam in relation to ASEAN, the period from 2000-2013, showed that Vietnam would soon fall into the trap Average earnings and signs of de-industrialization immature. On this basis, the article suggests the corresponding policy responses successfully implemented basically industrialization in the context of globalization.
