Economic institutions and business: the state, problems and solutions

Abstract

The paper analyzes, assessing the situation now Vietnam in recent years, the difficulties and challenges that companies face, especially in the world economy caused difficulties and challenges. From the analysis, the authors propose policy recommendations in order to create investment environment - facilitating business activities of enterprises, especially the recommendations on economic institutions.
