Abstract
During navigation expansion strategy, restructuring production networks in East Asia, Japanese TNCs strategies deployed operations in Vietnam. The article mentions the investment strategies of TNCs Japanese direct most impact on the economy of Vietnam, namely: network strategy of diversification of production and business, strategy and development transfer technology, distribution strategy, alliance strategy and localization of production facilities
