Agricultural development in the context of market economy and international economic integration in the 2011-2020 period.

Abstract

The article stresses that only o commodity oriented agriculture in the context of market economy and international economic integration can play its major role in the social economic development. The writer presents his analysis and general assessment for agricultural development in the 2011-1010 period, in which  three factors including market, industry and ecology need to be focused on.

(1) Boosting a commodity oriented agricultural production in an advanced market economy.

(2) Raising the productivity of the plants and animals, making the best use of the land, increasing the labour productivity and reducing the production costs on each high- quality agro product.

(3) Perfecting the specialized agricultural structure in each unit and each branch and each agricutlrual region.

(4) Developing the agro-forestry and fishery processing industry.

(5) Building appropriate economic forms for agriculture production.

(6) A number of solutions to boosting market oriented agriculture in this period which include: (a) Increasing investment for agriculture; (b) Giving farmers opportunity to access the credits; (c) Formulating a stable market policy and expanding both domestic and forein markets for agro-products; (d) Replacing the policy of acquiring the land and land compensation by the land trading mechanism based on the market price.

(7) Protecting ecological environmental agriculture by means of developing an ecological and clean agriculture, and limiting to the utmost the impact from outside factors./.
