CALCULATION OF PARAMETERS AND SELECTION OF A DESIGN OPTION FOR A TWO-SCREW BAUXITE WASHING MACHINE DRIVE SYSTEM

Abstract

In this paper, we present the steps to calculate the design parameters of the
two-screw bauxite ore washing machine system with a capacity of 60 tons/h. In
addition, the options for selecting the drive system for the machine are also
discussed in detail. The study results are used as a basis for designing and
manufacturing bauxite ore washing machine systems, meeting the needs of
localization, and mastering the production technology of ore washing machines
in Vietnam.
