THE IMPACT OF CSR ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN IRRIGATION COMPANIES IN VINH PHUC PROVINCE

Abstract

Social responsibility is a trend that businesses today want to implement.
This study examines the relationship between the socially responsibility
performance of irrigation enterprises in Vinh Phuc Province and the satisfaction
of their customers. The research was carried out quantitatively with the sample
of 267 people in Vinh Phuc province and the data were processed by SPSS
software. The results showed that the independent variables of Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) measurement had a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction,
in which Product Quality impacted the most, Empathy to Customers impacted the
least. Based on the research results, the author proposed solutions to enhance
the CSR implementation of irrigation enterprises in Vinh Phuc province, thereby
increasing the satisfaction of the people.
