Abstract
This article proposes a new control structure including a fuzzy logic
system to determine the optimal pitch angle for wind turbine power when the
wind speed changes and a pitch angle controller. To ensure the optimal pitch
angle, a model- and disturbance-agnostic controller is proposed based on
radial neural network and dynamic surface control. The quality of the pitch
angle disturbance-resistant modelless control system combined with the
fuzzy logic system is analyzed by numerical simulation with different
scenarios.
