Abstract

The study was conducted with 236 consumers in Bac Tu Liem District,
Hanoi to analyze the influence of factors (1) Health awareness, (2) Product
quality, (3) Environmental awareness, (4) Price sensitivity, (5) Risk perception
to organic food consumption behavior of people in Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi.
Besides, the study also shows the influence of these factors and discusses the
research results.
