ANTOINE CULIOLI AND HIS THEORY OF ENUNCIATIVE OPERATIONS

Abstract

The aim of this article is to present the creative research work of Antoine
Culioli, a great linguist who has made significant contributions to French
linguistics. The original theory of enunciative operations that he conceived and
developed is well appreciated by contemporary linguists. In it, the author
highlighted the concepts of enunciative operations, cueing, linguistic
invariance/variation and discourse marker.
