Developing a scale to measure organizational culture at universities. The authors
used exploratory factor analysis to explore the cultural measurement dimensions,
and then we used Cronbach’s Alpha to evaluate the internal consistency of the
observations. The authors performed analytical steps on 240 items obtained from
respondents with diverse demographic information. The results of assessing the
reliability of the 20 items obtained an overall Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of
0.933, showing a high level of internal consistency between observations, which
shows that all 20 observations used represent a unique structure. Most
importantly, it is the structure that measures university culture.
