Abstract

Health is a type of public service business where the state plays a key role in ensuring the health care benefits of the people. Therefore, the Party and State have always advocated increasing investment in health care, ensuring that the health care system is equal for all people. The reality is that in recent decades, the Vietnamese health system has been strengthened, expanded and developed to meet the health care needs of the people. Even so, the level of public investment in health is still low, and people's out-of-pocket spending on health remains high, failing to meet the demands of a just and effective public health society. . This paper focuses on analyzing the state of public health investment in Vietnam over the past time and proposes some orientations for restructuring public investment in health to ensure that all people have access to health services. Justice in the future.
