Abstract

This is a study of issues related to knowledge, knowledge management and the influence of leadership in an organization through theoretical foundations and field surveys at the Mai Linh Institute in Biencinh (ML-MB). From the research results, the article will present a number of recommendations in which the problems that the company staff have done well and should continue to maintain and develop. But there are also many problems that the company's staff has not achieved. The article also boldly made some recommendations to further improve the efficiency of asset retention process, the amount of knowledge sharing in Northern Mai Linh through the policy system, the role of leaders to Create a better working environment.
