Relationship between Clan Traditions and Development of Human Resource - A Case Study of Mao Dien Commune, Thuan Thanh District, Bac Ninh Province

Abstract

The diversification of education modes with a family and clan-centred approach has been successfully implemented in Mao Dien commune. With a view to help the youth to treasure their national identity and build upon the good values and traditions of their ancestors, the families and clans, Mao Dien have organized diversified activities. Those activities are as rich experience and valuable lessons contributing to human resource development in a market economy.
