Build spatial and non-spatial database to serve collecting land use fee

Abstract

 Land related revenues to the state budget shall include the following fees: land use fees where land is allocated with land use fee payable, change of land use purposes from land allocated free of land use fee to land allocated with land use fee payable, change from leased land to land allocated with land use fee payable. The Government shall stipulate regulations on collecting land use fees. The data in non-spatial form could be the descriptive attributes associated with spatial features like: land parcels' indexes and other information; land users' details and information on their use of the land; land prices stipulated by the State; land use fee, etc. In this study, the spatial and non spatial database were built to serve collecting land use fee in Vocuong precinct, Bacninh city, Bacninh province.
