The detail planning model of communal centers in Chi Linh, Hai Duong

Abstract

A survey of the communal centers and residential areas in 2 representative communes Nhan Hue and Hoang Tien (agriculture-derived income  and income generated from based on agriculture, industry and services).  Two detailed planning models of  the communal centers were proposed :

1) For Nhan Hue: Nhanhue is a farming-based commune. Agricultural sector contributes 70 percent to the total  income. Communal center has administrative, political, economic, cultural, and social functions. It is located in the center of commune with 16.17 ha, consisting of the office the People's Committee, school, healthcare station, stadium, park and service infrastructure.

2) For Hoang Tien: Hoangtien has potential for economic change because it has industrial and service activities. Communal center has administrative, political, economic, cultural, and social functions.  It is also a commercial and industrial center of district. It is located in the center of commune with 47.68 ha and the Highway No. 18 across it. It includes office for People's Committee, residential areas, public areas, factories, green areas, infrastructure and open space
