Effect of fertilizer rate on growth, development and yield of some soybean varieties on fluvialsoils at Vĩnh Tường District, Vĩnh Phúc Province

Abstract

The effect of fertilizer application on growth, development and yield of some soybean varieties was studied in order to identify soybean varieties which was good growth, high grain yield on fluvialsoils at Vinh Tuong district, Vinh Phuc province. This study was conducted with 5 new soybean varieties on 3 fertilizer doses. The experiment was replicated three times in Split - Plot Design. Results showed that: new soybean varieties ĐT22, AK06 and D140 were good growth, high grain yield at Vinh Tuong - Vinh Phuc. Fertilizer doses influence on leaf area index, dry matter accumulation, number of nodes, number of pods and grain yield. Optimum fertilizer dose for spring soybean varieties at Vinh Tuong,Vinh Phuc was determined as follow: 8 ton organic fertilizer + 30N. 90P₂O₅.60K₂O + 300 kg CaO/ ha.
