Selecting optimal conditions for the chitosanase isolated from Streptomyces griceus (Strain NN2) to produce chitosanoligosaccharide (COS)
Abstract
Chitosanoligosaccharides (COS) have many physiological functions and are used widely in the agriculture, food industry and medicine. Optimal conditions for COS production were determined by experimental method: pH = 6,5, temperature 60oC, ratio E : S -= 0,12 and reaction time 10 h.
