The Modernization and Industrialization Process in Agriculture and Rural Area in Bo Trach District, Quang Binh Province: Achievements, Problems, and Recommendations

Abstract

Based on collected materials in the field trip of Department of Marxism - Leninism principle in July 2009, a general picture on process of industrialization and modernization in Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province in period of 2000 - 2008 was described including main achievements, problems and causes of those ones. From the new situation of Bo Trach district, authors gave several recommendations to tackle such problems and to boost industrialization and modernization in agriculture and rural areas toward more successful development. This article may be a useful reference for purposes of teaching, researching, and a reliable source for government officials and other organizations in order to increase the effectiveness of governance in real conditions.
