Method of Training Social Needs Assessment for Development-economics' Human Resources in Vietnam

Abstract

Training social needs assessment of human resource is considered as the most important step in the training process based on the social needs in Vietnam at present. Training social needs assessment include: the steps of training social needs analysis (TNA) and the steps of identification and quantification training needs. The TNA is a tool to see the "gaps" between "demand" and "supply" of the human resource training process. Result of TNA is a basis for identifying the training needs in the next step. The social needs assessment will help in identification, design and implementation of training programs to ensure that what you expect to meet the social needs; help in creating the linkage the training programs to current and future changes in the agencies, organizations, local authorities and civil society
